I doubt it, population right now is ridiculously low, probably 12 - 15 actives per side? not even all on at the same time. I leveled a char up to 65 a few months ago, it started off dire, but population seemed to be slowly going up, there were 2 fairly active guilds on each side and 1 or 2 guilds with a couple of players scattered about. It literally went completely dead again within 2 weeks once me and a few others had gotten to endgame. Once people get to 65 (if they stay for that long) they realize there's not really much to do without a somewhat populated community. I'm sure there'll be a few players who come back briefly for the patch, but I think the server has had long enough to get back on it's feet, it won't recover, which is a damn shame.

The population is actually frightful as people say, unfortunately . I'm sure that everyone on the server is hoping for a slight increase in population at least whenever possible. With another ~12 people on either side we could most likely start popping all these skirmishes again, do old content (i know p2p still hasn't cleared eclipse ), possibly clear the coming 12 man gates, and do other things f2p does without a sweat. 3x3 doesn't even pop (I have no idea why). Dominion is a solo queue fest to #1 atm. The only thing left to do on the server now until people start trickling in is Vivarium generous zones and S12 whenever people decide to be on. League tends to have ~10 people actively doing things, while empire has gotten a boost in population with some key people/groups coming back pushing their numbers to ~30 active.

I am sure things will get alittle bit in 7.0 not much but yeah maybe they will give us couple weeks free sub time. But yeah I would give it a try see how it goes.

If everybody quit after look to server status, how can accumulate people in server. If we stay then there would be crowded.

Well, of course it is not worth to play there...

It's way better to "run dry" on "free" server in this game like you, correctly, said. The server isn't low populated. The game is. Period!

The actual system is too grindy, f2p items, even for real free players, are Korean Style... A mount for 1500000g or more? Really... No words... for a mount because without level 10 runes your good to PVE and no raids. So get your money to some single player game. You'll enjoy it better!
7.0 will bring back the good stuff. It might bring some downsides but, it's a change and this game needs one. At least one!, and this (probably) many will be most welcome. If few players doesn't like, well, bye bye, i rather prefer to lose 10 excellent players and win 1000 with the changes.

About the P2P, there are no words to explain my simply (un)compreention about population. People simply get stuck on 2 points: bag and mount. All the rest is the same, balanced, better, faster to get.

It took me soooooooooooooo long to get 65 that i had to use 500€ on Scrolls for Marks of Fate and Experience to get this Jeez... Players complaining P2P are so...

OMG (again)... Is that, 1 cat (rank 5) and a dog (Rank 6) and the Great Quest with 290/320, and a bigger bag that i got just after 19 hours after getting to level 65?!?!?!?! (yea, haven't done TEP (epic bag) because guildies are waiting for today's reset)

This server is: UNPLAYABLE!!!!!!!

But, just to answer you if it's worth this server: no! You might prefer to have you savings on "free" server or farm your char to your grandson. It's a good present for him...

At the moment the server is really empty, I guess many people don't try the server becasue they are so disappointed from f2p server.
I am sure there will be a big wave of people in 7.0. Allods is worth, because it's a very good game, so you should just try out.
To be sure just pay for 1 month and level to 65, so you don't have so start from 1 in 7.0. For sure I will also try to get some people back and I am sure they will give people at least 1 month free sub time.

People always get excited about new patches and await waves of new and returning players. That always happens but sadly, it has always ended in the same way. Not saying the game is not worth it, just that there is no such thing as a messiah-patch anymore.

Fully agree. Atleast not to the extent that meets expectations.

With a new patch, Yes you will see a population increase spike on Sub Server. And knowing from previous experience (Been on Sub since beginning and at start when major updates hit).

That population spike will last a decent amount of time (4-6 months). After that, the population will start dwindling very slowly to the point they are in now (Extremely low population). Then the cycle starts again every major patch.

During those 4-6 months, there will be enough people for raids on both sides. Skirmishes will most likely pop. It will probably be the most fun you've had in allods. No promises though.

That being said. Since I last played (Been a while), I remember the League being in a state of chaos. League players changed guilds or splintered far too often. The Empire's top guild had internal issues with how the leadership was being run. As you would not expect, drama actually exists in this sub server. But maybe that will tickle your fancy so who knows.

Would I recommend you play Sub Server at 7.0 patch? Yes.

However it would be wise to get subscription before patch and lvl a character to 65 if you haven't done it already.

It's not that dead sure its no F2P your right there but 25 to 30 people on empire is nice the worst it could be. I would give 7.0 a try and see what you think Erwyn who knows may change and may not. But those that do play on P2P love it.

How much "shit" I read about this server... x)
After 6 years of Allods, from beta server, to NA, to EU..merge ecc ecc...I finally find the only one DECENT server of Allods, and it's this one.

Ofc the population is less, we got times with a lot of leagues players: Emp side outnumbered, now Emp outnumber the League side...maybe in 1 months things change again, I can't say it but the only thing I can say: just try without complain. Are you a good player? Tired to get ass kicked by a lvl 13 noob? Tired to spend euros and euros every month? Just try.
Ye it's very fast get a decent mount, a decent bag, greatness and gear.

The only lack of the server? People.
Anyway we are about 20-25 online everyday, and only in Utopie guild, and we go raid every week, got archidemon and bla bla bla.
